Our Story

Founded in 2023 by Marsha and Scott Timme, Savor is a family-owned restaurant located in the heart of Historic Saint Charles. We created a cozy environment to relax and savor delicious American cuisine and cocktails with friends and loved ones. Our mission is to provide great food, great service, and to be a great asset to Saint Charles. 

 

Opening a restaurant was always a dream for Marsha and her mother. Marsha's family always had a deep passion for culinary and cocktails. She grew up cooking with her mother and grandmother where she began learning and perfecting the family recipes. As an adult, she went to culinary school to perfect her skills in hopes of one day owning a restaurant of her own. After 35 years in the industry, Marsha, with the help of her husband Scott, turned a little girl and her mother's dream into reality.
